It's Labor Day weekend and the standing programs are all running strong. Better still, it's the first weekend of the month, which means the free museum deals kick in: the railroad museum next to the zoo is free for everyone on Saturday, and a Bank of America card gets you into more museums free all weekend long.

Take the long weekend at whatever pace your family needs. Shake-A-Leg has the water Saturday & Sunday, the giant bugs are holding court at the zoo through October, and the inflatable art in Wynwood is up through the end of September, so this is a great weekend to go see it.
